In the year 1948 Mahmood Saeed Collective Company, was first commercially registered. During 70's and early 80's the chairman of MSCC , Sheikh. Mahmood Saeed keeping the global vision in mind diversified horizontally into the core business of manufacturing , trading and real estate operations.

Fine-tuned MSCC came into existence in the year 1988 with vision and goal to develop the group into a world class corporate entity by the practice and excellence of customer service, international bench marking, total quality management and continuous improvement.
